Request for Sealed Proposals for Project Manager
The bidding is now closed for this RFP. Six proposals were received and they were opened at 9 am on Friday, February 15, 2013, with one firm in attendance. After evaluation and interviews, HKW Architects was selected as the Project Manager. Click here for a summary of the six bids received.
Lemay Child & Family Center is seeking proposals from qualified project management firms to complete necessary design and construction services and provide related technical assistance to LCFC during the design and construction phases of our Outdoor Learning Center. The scope of services, artists’ rendering and Conceptual Master Development Plan can be obtained at www.lemaychildandfamily.org or may be picked up at Lemay Child & Family Center, 9828 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63125, January 11, 2013 through February 1, 2013. Bids will be opened on February 15, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
