We do go outside every day, even on cool fall days and in the winter. So please be sure that your child has a coat, hat, and other weather-appropriate clothes.
Please remember to keep a change of clothes in your child’s cubby. Please label all clothing, hats, jackets, and other personal items for your child. And remember, children need to wear closed-toe shoes for playing outside. Sandals and flip flops can lead to falls on the playground.
As always, if the Center needs to close for any type of emergency, including weather conditions, you can check our website for updates about the Center’s status. If we need to open late or close for a day, information will also be available on radio station KMOX, and TV stations KSDK, KTVI Fox 2, and KMOV. Information will also be available on each of these station’s websites.
Parents, we are asking for your help and cooperation in keeping our front driveway area clear of parked traffic. This is for the safety of the children since cars and buses drive use the driveway regularly. Also, parking in the driveway can prevent buses from safely transporting children. The safest parking area for the children is in the large lot at the south side of our building.
